Source & Select
Rough crystals are hand-selected directly from mine origins in Sri Lanka, Zambia, Burma and Colombia — evaluated for saturation depth, clarity windows and optimal axis orientation.

Orient & Map
Each rough is mapped under polarised light to locate the optical axis, plan the cut geometry and minimise weight loss while maximising colour face-up.

Facet & Polish
Our master lapidaries execute index-wheel calibrated cuts on precision grinding laps — step, brilliant, or bespoke concave profiles — finishing to a mirror polish.

Grade & Certify
Final gems are graded in-house and dispatched for independent laboratory certification where applicable, with full provenance documentation.

Chirag Jewels was founded in Jaipur, the ancient gemmological heart of Rajasthan, by a family dedicated to structural mineral evaluation and artisan design. For over two decades we have traveled across key mining hubs globally to secure crystal specimens of unparalleled character.

Each piece is processed within our dedicated Jaipur workshop, where classic Rajasthani structural setting philosophies match contemporary silhouettes seamlessly.
